The Quality technicians are testing the product durability and the drill capacity of the self tapping screw point

For every production lot, sample products shall be randomly picked up and put into exactness check by using special facility to zoom in and measure the real size, in comparison to the specification in technical design.

This laboratory is located within the Coating workshop. Products after coating will be sampled randomly to check the plating quality in salt spraying test facility.

Depending on client’s requirements, products shall be coated by one of the 3 technologies: Zinc plating, Dacromet, and Geomet. The coating quality is shown by the hours of bearing the test. In Lidovit, we can meet various quality demands from 24 -> 1.000 hours of salt.
